What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellations. If you cancel at least 3 hours before the start of the session you’ll receive a full refund or credit. If cancellations are made after this time, a late cancellation fee of TT$60 is applied.
Is tutoring one-on-one or in groups?
Our online sessions are available in both one-on-one sessions or small group sessions.
Can I access recordings of my sessions?
Yes, session recordings are available upon request to help reinforce learning.
What software do I need for sessions?
Our sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet, and you’ll only need a stable internet connection and a device to access them.
What are the payment options available?
Payment is made before the first session via direct bank transfer, deposit or credit card.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions?
Yes! We have bundled session discounts to make tutoring more affordable.
How much do tutoring sessions cost?

Yes! With KEY you decide on the day and time for each class, to fit YOUR schedule.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a session we offer rescheduling options, and in some cases, makeup sessions may be available.
How do I schedule or reschedule a session?
You can book or modify sessions directly via WhatsApp with our team.
What qualifications do the tutors have?
Our tutors are highly qualified professionals with expertise in their respective subjects. Many hold advanced degrees and have extensive teaching experience.
Can I choose my tutor?
KEY selects the tutor that best suits your needs based on experience, teaching style, and availability. However, if they aren’t a good fit, another tutor can be assigned.
How do I enroll in tutoring sessions?
Enrollment is simple! Just visit our website, choose your preferred day and time, level and subject/s, and our support team would reach out to you to assign a dynamic tutor.
What subjects and levels do you offer tutoring for?
We provide tutoring for almost all subjects at both Primary (Infants 1 to Standard 5) & Secondary level (Forms 1 to 6). Our tutors support students for SEA, CSEC & CAPE exam preparation.
